1. What is the direct luminescence method?

2. Lighting principle
When the acridine ester is directly labeled with the antibody, it will be immune to the antibody sample. At this time, only the oxidant (H202) and NaOH are added to create an alkaline environment, and the luminescence reaction will occur. Record the photon energy generated per unit time, the integral of this part of the light is proportional to the amount of the antigen to be tested, and the content of the antigen to be tested can be calculated from the standard curve.
